DESCRIPTION
Triage Nurse--LPN needed for Triage Nurse position in the family medicine department. Effective communication and customer service are essential to this position's success.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide clinical coverage
- Measure and record vital signs accurately
- Assess symptoms and health-related complaints
- Coordinates and performs tasks for all special health projects to include research projects and data collection for the center's health care plan
- Provides assistance to the referral specialist, MAP coordinator, and telephone triage specialist
MININMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma of Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
- NC LPN Licensure
- 2 years prior clinical experience
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred
